MLK Jr Celebration

Join us for lively and informative celebration of the life of MLK Jr.

Just for this month, we have turned the night originally reserved for book club into a celebration of MLK Jr as it is his day. The book currently being read by the group is John Lewis: A Life, by David Greenberg, so bring a passage from this book or one of MLK's many impactful speeches to share.

We are also collecting items to be sent to Minneapolis: Non perishable food Baby diapers and wipes Batteries of various sizes Medical kits Ear plugs Emergency blankets Hand and foot warmers Warm socks *Menstrual products

Feel free to bring snacks and drinks to share as well. IND Cobb will provide paper products. Thanks to bookclub for being flexible and opening their night up to the group at large.
