• ICE is transforming military bases and state prisons into massive detention cages—Camp East Montana in Texas and “Speedway Slammer” in Indiana—housing thousands without due process.

• The scale of human rights violations revealed is alarming: overcrowding, abuse, inadequate medical care, children denied care, and even miscarriages without support.

• Detainees are being transported in secrecy, silencing legal defense and isolating families.

We protest the transformation of military sites and jails into immigrant prisons; we demand humane treatment, transparency, and an end to abductions, militarization, and clandestine transfers.
