About The Event
Trump and his MAGA allies are trying to steal the 2026 election by silencing voters—especially communities of color, young people, and working families—through a fascist power grab. They’re redrawing maps to rig the system in their favor and strip us of our rights.
This fight started in Texas, but it will not end there. Missouri, Ohio, Florida, Georgia—every state is at risk. If we don’t resist now, we risk losing our ability to choose our own leaders and protect our freedoms.

From that day forward, we will hold Weekly Saturday Stands for Democracy in Woodstock. Every Saturday, same time, same place, we’ll keep showing up until this power grab is defeated.
DETAILS
• Peaceful, legal, nonviolent, non-permitted protest
• We will be on public sidewalks and the right of way only
• Wear patriotic clothes and bring your American flags
• Bring signs that defend the vote and call out this attack on democracy
This is a political emergency. What’s happening is not politics as usual—it’s a direct assault on democracy. We’re showing up to defend the vote, protect our rights, and stop this authoritarian takeover.
A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
