Legal Observers are important to ensuring that Georgia citizens are safe and that their rights are protected. Become a trained ACLU of Georgia legal observer. A Capitol Observer training session is offered immediately after this session ends at 7pm.

Are you interested in protecting civil liberties and rights on the front lines as a Legal Observer?
Legal Observers are important to ensuring that Georgia citizens are safe and that their rights are protected. Become a trained ACLU of Georgia legal observer.
What do legal observers do?
Legal observers add extra eyes and ears to protect free speech at protests.
During elections, poll observers are trained to protect voters during the election season against intimidation, harassment and violations against their rights and the voting process.
During Legislative Session, capitol observers help defend democracy by adding extra eyes and ears at critical times and at the Capitol, and by protecting free speech.
