  • Centralize Power: give the state Environmental Protection Division exclusive control over all PFAS legal claims

  • Shield Corporations: prevent communities from holding local industries directly accountable for forever chemicals contamination of our air, water, and soil

  • Control Settlement Cash - force all recovered funds into a state managed account instead of local hands
