IND Cobb - "This is NOT Normal!" Monthly Support Group meeting

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disheartened by what’s happening in the United States? You’re not alone — and you’re not overreacting. Many of us are looking around and thinking, “This isn’t normal.”

This support group is a safe, compassionate space for people who are worried about the direction of the country and unsure where to turn. Led by a trained facilitator, we will offer guided conversations where you can share your concerns, connect with others who feel the same, and begin to process what you're experiencing — without judgment or pressure.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need a place to start. So, please join us every 2nd Tuesday of the month for whatever it is you need in this moment. We are in this together. Expected to be an ongoing event.
