Join a Committee and Help Shape the Movement

Indivisible Woodstock CAN is powered by people like you.

We’re building grassroots power to defend democracy, resist authoritarianism, and protect our neighbors—and that takes all kinds of skills, energy levels, and perspectives.

Whether you want to lead a protest, write postcards, plan community events, track local government, or design killer graphics—there’s a place for you here.

Explore our committees below and fill out the interest form for the one(s) that speak to you. Let us know:

  • What skills you bring

  • How much time and energy you can commit

  • Whether you want to help lead, assist, or just stay in the loop

No experience necessary—just bring your values, your voice, and your desire to make a difference.

Government Accountability

Keeps an eye on power. Attends school board, city council, and commission meetings, tracks agendas, drafts public comment, and organizes responses to local policies that threaten our rights or values.
If you care about transparency, civic engagement, and making government work for everyone, this is your spot.

If you’re organized, dependable, or just love making things run well, this is a great way to lead from behind the scenes.

Faith, Freedom & Moral Power

Resists religious extremism and builds bridges across belief systems. This team works with faith leaders and secular allies to support freedom of (and from) religion, challenge Christian nationalism, and ground our work in shared values like compassion, courage, and dignity. If you believe morality can be a force for justice—not domination—this is your space.
